Nice hotel.Well positioned for old town. Food was above average, but the evening meal was just a variation on lunch, could be better. Check in was ok, check out just took too long. As check out is noon and a mix of people are checking in and out at this time makes sense to me to have more than one person in reception at this time but this didn’t happen. 7 or 8 people waiting for one receptionist (who wasn’t in a rush ) is not great. Some of these people needlessly waiting as WiFi not working for them. I had the same issue earlier in holiday. Reason is that they input your email address in to their system. If this doesn’t match your email address then it won’t work. Simple fix for this would be for receptionist to check your email when you check in.
So apart from these niggles, nice hotel, nice location, good WiFi ( when it works). I wouldn’t bring my wife here though as she is coeliac and none of the food is allergy labelled which is a simple thing the hotel could also improve on.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are excellent and the hotel was clean. we only stayed bed and breakfast, and the food was very good.
Our only gripe was that when having a beer around the pool, it was served in a paper cup. It would be much better served in one of the reusable plastic cups.

The hotel was excellent very clean and very comfortable beds also very quiet. As it was March we did not use the pool also we didn't avail ourselves of the bar but it appeared very nice people were enjoying it. Only one slight complaint regarding some staff members not very amenable. Would definitely return.
