Great location in L’accademia, a few minutes walk to the vaporetto stop. Clean room and breakfast lounge. Staff helpful, especially with additional gluten free items for breakfast. Good breakfast!

Lovely room, kind staff, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and delicious breakfast! And the air conditioning was a life-saver!

We arrived late and had a bit of a problem finding the palazzo guardi in the dark. But staff was accommodating and came out to get us. This was our first time in Venice and we were not familiar with the surroundings. Room was clean and centrally located. We were able to enjoy cicchetti for the first time as well as homemade wine - located right around the corner. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were very nice.
