Facility was recently updated and looks nice on inside. They allow camps to come in and overrun pools though which was unfortunate.

The motel and our room were very clean. Very happy with our stay.

The rooms are so nice! Large rooms with all the basic needs met! The staff was kind & helpful! Breakfast was yummy, with enough choices available for a continental type breakfast! My kids LOVED getting breakfast each morning! This is a family friendly all inclusive water park resort. We enjoyed the use of the water park, arcade, and The Pub & Grill onsite!

While making a fall color run in October 2026, we chose The Waters over a traditional hotel and were so glad we did.
What a beautiful facility and lodge experience. We will definitely return.
