Clean room, excellent customer service, and a beautiful ocean view.

The property is located in a unique area and is surrounded by lots of vegetation. The beach is very small but it has a nice sunbathing area. It’s a good choice.

If you’re looking for where locals vacation, this is it. Roughly an hour from the Mérida airport, the hotel nails that laid-back Yucatán vibe. Mornings on the private beach, afternoons by the pool with more drinks and snacks than you can try. It’s the kind of place you go to actually unwind. Highly recommend for anyone craving a slow-paced escape.

Buffet was nice, pool was ok but not very clean, room was ok but I think better maintenance of facility would be nice. Laundry service was expensive (in my opinion). Had a big excavator working right next to pool so kind of takes away from the relaxing beach atmosphere.
It was ok. Not the best but not the worst
