Pleasantly surprised by the recent renovation!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel's recent renovation. I stayed here a few years ago when it was the Riu Jalisco, and that experience left me with a bad impression of Riu hotels, which led me to avoid the chain entirely. Fortunately, I decided to give it another chance this time, only to find that both the restaurants and rooms have been completely renovated.
At this particular hotel, the party never stops. The entertainment staff is great, and the Neon Party on Fridays creates a fantastic atmosphere that keeps the energy going. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family vacation with small children, but it is definitely one of the best options if you're looking for a trip with friends where the party never ends.

Amazing experience

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Riu! Everything was excellent, from the food and drinks to the cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding service. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation.
The only thing that could use improvement is the reservation system for the steakhouse restaurant. Reservations open at 12:00 AM, but by 12:05 AM, they are already fully booked, making it almost impossible to get a table. I believe the hotel should improve this system so guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy the restaurant.
Other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
