Our stay at Mia Reef was absolutely unforgettable! The views were phenomenal!! waking up surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water felt like a dream. The customer service was top-tier, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was one of the best parts of our trip. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options every day, and the Cevichería was by far our favorite. The fresh ceviche was incredible and is a must-try!
The pool was amazing, especially with the swim-up bar, making it the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.
The only downside to our stay was the constant pressure to attend a timeshare/membership presentation. We were approached multiple times, and it got to the point where we felt like we had to avoid the lobby just to not be asked again. While it didn’t ruin our vacation, it was the one aspect that took away from an otherwise perfect experience.
Overall, Mia Reef is a beautiful resort with breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic pool. We would definitely return!

JC was great and provided excellent customer service. The staff was nice and courteous and the beach was amazing. Unfortunately our room was very outdated, The shower had a bad smell, the furniture was old, one one side of the bed had an outlet, and the sink area was too small.

There was a real seaweed problem. Beach would have been awesome otherwise!
