My family stayed 5 days in July, there is a lot to do for the kids with the pools and beach being so close by, staff is friendly but be prepared, the hotel is huge around 550 rooms ,and there are guests putting towels on the poolside chairs by 7AM to hold a spot as they go for breakfast "outside the hotel" the elevator was broke when we got there plus I got stuck in an elevator also , the parking garage is a marathon from the hotel , the poolside bar was out of product and a lot of the hotel is outdated! Breakfast is not a BUFFET! menu is very limited. This hotel has so much potential.

Bathroom has mold in tub-shower was awful. No space in shower for shampoo,etc
