The room was spotless, the grounds were beautiful, rooms were close to the beach, and the staff was friendly.

Great location and beautiful grounds. Rooms rather dated, but recommended overall.

Location was ideal, able to walk through the dunes to the beach. The social hall was nice and my boys enjoyed the pool tables. I was surprised by the cost of the meals in the dining hall- almost $50 per person for dinner! We opted to eat elsewhere. The cafe in the social hall was cute and convenient, but staffing issues in the morning prevented us from getting coffee...
We stayed in a family room, which was set up well for us. The room itself was clean but dated. The bathroom was cramped but workable, even though one door actually hit the toilet seat!
The ground were not well-maintained. We all commented how much we would have loved to see the place back in the day...

Location is amazing. Such a unique property. Not super clean but excellent price for location with ocean views.
