Meet my standard: Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. All appliances work well. The building is a little bit old. Checking in and out is fast and easy.

Good basic place for a traveler. The breakfast offerings are slight but within expectations (cereal, hard-boiled eggs, toast). Staff were very friendly. Air conditioning was confusing (I gave up and turned it off entirely because bumping up the thermostat made no difference). Parking plentiful. Quiet. Clean.

You get what you pay for. It was not a horrible day. The room was quite clean in this specific area of the hotel but I work overnights and got to the room at 6 AM to sleep and by 7 AM. They were doing construction directly outside of my door and I was told there was nothing that they could do about it. This really upset me because it completely defeated the purpose of me purchasing the room in the first place I was unable to sleep so I sort of just paid to get a headache.
