It's a normal hotel. Room was adequate, clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. But... the room was quiet. The balcony view is simply amazing. The beach is nice and not over crowded, being the only hotel near by. This was a great weekend getaway for us. I just wish the commute from PA wasn't such a pain.

Oceanfront, free breakfast daily, hot water, Nescafe coffee/tea/cocoa machine in lobby accessible during lobby hours, dogs accepted for a $30 daily fee and max total for your stay is $150.
The property is kept clean, however there were numerous cigarette butts on the grounds especially near the nice fountain feature near the parking lot. The staff were very nice and helpful. There's a very nice dog run/potty area.
The fencing needs repair as there was a German shepherd type dog that jumped that fence and broke a portion of it and attacked my dog. No injuries thank goodness.
Nice pool and patio area.
I will definitely return.
