This hotel was great, amazing views and the staff were lovely! The glasses in the room were not cleaned properly nor were they replaced. Great location for relaxed family holiday, just a short drive away from chania town

Our stay at Panorama Hotel was truly elevated by the amazing crew, especially Georgia and Maria. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine desire to ensure our comfort did not go unnoticed. Every request was handled with a smile, and their personalized service made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and quality—our experience was beyond expectations. We would return in a heartbeat for both the hotel and the incredible staff!
