The apartment itself was excellent: clean, spacious, bright, and modern, with a well-equipped kitchenette and everything needed for a comfortable stay or to get some work done. The location is also convenient, close to the T1 tram line, with easy connections to the airport and train station.
Unfortunately, the immediate surroundings are a different story. The street appears to be a hotspot for drug dealing and people behaving erratically. It reminded me of the Tenderloin in San Francisco, particularly on my last evening. Nobody was aggressive toward me, and most people ignored me, but arriving late at night and having to retrieve the keys from a lockbox at street level, surrounded by people making comments, was an uncomfortable and unexpected experience.
A few minor technical annoyances: the TV remote had low batteries, and figuring out how to watch regular television seemed to require a PhD. After several unsuccessful attempts to search for channels, I gave up. The Wi-Fi password printed on the small router was also incorrect, but the host quickly provided the correct one when I asked.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Place de Paris, in der Fußgängerzone des Stadtviertels "gare" und gleich bei der Straßenbahn (die direkt in die Altstadt fährt).
Die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig.
Positiv ist auch die Aussicht: eine alte Kirche gegenüber, große Fenster und der Baum davor. Wenn es warm ist, kann man aufmachen und sitzt beinahe wie auf einem Balkon.
Das Haus ist schlecht isoliert und hellhörig und die Türen in diesem Haus sind laut: die Eingangstüren im Erdgeschoß aus Metall, die Aufzugtüren, andere Wohnungstüren, das Rolltor von der Tiefgarage. Allerdings ist das Haus nicht sehr groß. Wenn man nicht lärmempfindlich ist, überwiegen vermutlich die Vorteile.

Localização muito boa, peto de bares, restaurantes e pontos de trem e ônibus.
Cozinha bem equipada com tudo que precisamos para cozinhar em casa.
Sino da igreja toca muito alto ao lado do prédio a partir das 7:00 da manhã.
A noite, algumas pessoas ficam na escadaria da igreja em frente com drogas e certo barulho inconveniente.

solo habia un juego de toalla de baño y una sola toalla de manos para toda una semana. No habia donde dejar el equipaje hasta la hora de salida para aeropuerto (Check out: 10:00.... vuelo a las 17:45 horas). Les solicite ayuda y solo me dijeron no tenemos. Poco o nada que agradecer al respecto.
