The air conditionig was spotty for the first 3 days and they provided a fan but it still wasnt that effective given that Paris was going through a heat wave and 95 degree weather. They finally fixed it by the 4th night of a 5 night stay. The staff were really nice.

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. They take time with you and you never feel like a bother to them. Rooms are small, but that’s expected in a large European city. The mini fridge in our room didn’t chill things as cold as we’d like. But the nespresso machine in room was a nice touch. Housekeeping did a wonderful job at keeping our room refreshed daily. It’s close enough to the Eiffel Tower but far enough from the noise of the city to be more peaceful. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

One of the best hotels we've ever been to! Clean, modern, beautiful and an incredible standard. Staff is the friendliest! Their service is incredible and helpful. They helped making a 30th celebration for my partner wonderful with balloons, a lovely birthday letter and an amazing big cake! They also easily accommodated late checkout and to keep the luggage safe while we went out after check out. The room had a good size to it and both the room and bathroom felt luxurious and modern. It was not far from the eiffel tower either! Could view it from the street and had a super easy walkable route to it. Hotel was also just a 5 minute stroll from a big shopping centre and the metro. Absolutely adored the location as it was more a residential area and people were kind. I absolutely recommend this hotel, and we will use this hotel again next time we go Paris!
