Exceptional Realtor owned vacation 2nd floor condo in the gated and guarded LUXURIOUS WINDSOR PALMS RESORT. NOTE: 3 night minimum AND no bookings less than 2 weeks out(except in very rare situations); additionally, winter guests often stay for longer periods! No pets or smokers either! The price varies based on the time of year and length of stay. The owner is a Realtor based in central Florida. This makes it even easier to book and allows guests to have greater confidence in the certainty of the booking. This unit has been RENOVATED with NEW carpet, paint, kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans and refrigerator. ALSO a digital movie library on my Roku device of over 800 films including every major Disney/Marvel/Star Wars film; and NOW an Amazon Echo digital assistant(which allows you to make FREE calls throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and also does MANY other helpful things). AND A BRAND NEW CENTRAL AC AND HEAT SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN OCT 2017 WITH A NEST THERMOSTAT. Also a NEW water heater(NOV 2017). The unit is outfitted with everything you will need. High Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are INCLUDED.
