Lovely hotel. Very easy to travel around Bilbao on the metro. The metro station is a very short walk from the hotel and only 1 stop to the old town.
Hotel pool was a great plus after hot day of tourism. My only criticism would be that there weren't enough beds and umbrellas in the pool area.
A few chairs would be great too.

Great location within 15 min walking distance to old town to enjoy pintxos and bars. Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet from classic eggs and bacon to local Jamon and pastries.
Good access to the airport and local highways.

Lovely proper hotel with great staff, big comfortable rooms that were quiet and the perfect temperature. Breakfast was well catered for and the bar was pretty affordable.
