Due to hot weather I asked if we could move to a lower floor room for our 2nd night ( they had provide 1 fan that was already in the room and 2nd one which I asked for but room was like an oven ..)
The staff were fantastic and found a room within a few minutes on a lower floor and cooler .. Thank you to the staff

Location was great! Clean property and room. I wish there was air conditioner in the summer. Also, breakfast should be cheaper for people staying there.

Always a comfortable & easy stay. My go to when visiting Basingstoke. Well located for the town & train station. Good parking.
