The front desk staff were extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. They responded immediately to my needs.
There was a problem with the microwave. When housekeeping opened the door, they found a disgusting, smelly dish of food left by the previous occupant. Unfortunately, staff did not remove the food.
The hotel is in a great location mid Ala Wai Blvd, easy to access with the main points of interest in Waikiki just down the street. Parking was ample and not as expensive as most hotels.

The staff was all very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was great and the AC was super nice. There is an extra daily fee you pay upon arrival. Location is great and walkable to the beach, shops, and restaurants! I would recommend!!

Great place if you don’t need tons of luxury but a really good deal close to the beach and downtown. Room had good airco, fridge and microwave and was clean. Beds a bit older and the shower wasn’t all that but functional.
