It was very busy with the World Cup in progress, yet always plenty of staff on reception who were very friendly and always ready to help. Was given an extra hour to check out which was also much appreciated. No negatives at all. I would recommend.

The Hotel itself is fine however that end of Granville Street seems to geta bit more seedy each time we visit. Lots of homeless people & drug users. Would not recommend this location to families with small children. Be wary of booking Thursday to Saturday night as there is a nightclub in the lower levels of the building that can be noisy, so sleep can be a problem.

Clean room, bed was comfortable and location was good. Close to yaletown and places to eat.

The staff were so helpful and kind and provided us with options on things to do and helped us plan the best way to get around the city. The room was nice and pretty decently clean
