Our room was clean and neat this was a great location for our travels

I was expecting something much better since the Expedia rating was quite good. It wasn't terrible, but there were several details that could definitely be improved.
Part of the baseboard was missing, and one of the floor tiles in the room was cracked and broken. We stayed in Room 810. I have two young daughters, so it was difficult to keep them away from that area.
The elevator felt old, and I chose not to use the pool because the water didn't look very well maintained.
Overall, our stay was okay.
One positive note was the lady who was restocking the breakfast area. She was very kind and friendly to my daughters, which left us with a very good impression.
