This property has several disadvantages in its location and passing homeless population. Amenities are typical for a two-star property. The room, although dated and overdue for a remodel, was clean. The major minus for us was a strong tobacco smell and other guests who thought that yelling across the parking area was acceptable behavior near midnight. The lady who checked us in was pleasant and professional. Other reviewers mentioned spotty TV service. We noticed that the headings on the channels we did receive had no relation to the actual programming. For us, this was a minor annoyance. For the money, this is an adequate property; with a remodel and more considerate customers, this can be a good budget choice.
