Staff was super nice and attentive. The hotel was getting some renovations during our visit which is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall the staff and property were very nice and accommodating! Communication was a bit of a struggle but able to work through it. I upgraded our room which provided us with some additional amenities however it was challenging in not knowing how to use them. They were not clearly explained.

Some of the water ponds were in bad shape and they smell, my wife kept complaining about the smell in the bathroom and water at the sink coming sore of a dark color , they told her they were going to send somebody but as far that we know they did not .
