The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Always smiling and greeting guests. The customer service overrides my grievances. The management should applaud front desk, security, and bellmen/valet. Consistent, superb service.
The 3br suite, #520, however is in dire need of a complete makeover and deep clean. The ceilings are stained, the surfaces are sticky, the bathrooms are grimy and not properly cleaned. Light switch plates haven't been wiped in ages.
It would also be helpful to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby or restaurant.
Will stay again.
