The room was clean and the staff was amazing.

Room was clean and ground floor accessible, so no elevators or luggage hauling. However, the pool was not operational, and there was nobody to turn the keys into and check out with the next morning, and much of the breakfast stuff was gone although we were there more than an hour before they closed.

Even though we arrived close to midnight, the staff was cheerful pleasant and welcoming. Our room was recently redecorated, clean and very comfortable. Definitely a five star hotel at a very reasonable price.

The room was clean when arriving the first day but day two no one came to clean the room or change out bedding or towels. Other then that no other complaints.
