Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful & good. Coffee bar was out of service 2 out of 3 days, if you wanted coffee & the breakfast was not open, you were out of luck. The hotel bathroom had a code to use, not sure why! Had to ask for sheets & blankets for pull out couch.

The first room they put us in was 4th floor 2 queen beds. However the TV didn't work--called to get help, Guy came to room but couldn't fix it, said a tech would be up by 9-10 AM, waited but no one showed up, called and was told tech would be up ASAP. she went on break without passing the word to tech, went down to front desk and was told some one would be up shortly. Finally I demanded a new room as originally reserved (king w/handicap access). Desk manager found room on 1st floor and helped us move to new room.
Breakfast was great each morning. Be aware parking is added to room charge @ $20/day.
