This place is nice for the bad experience we had. We weren’t greeted at all while standing in front of the receptionist waiting to be checked in. After like 15 mins in front of her waiting to be acknowledged to be checked in, I finally lost my patience and kindly asked to please be helped and check us in. The lady was kind of rude and I almost felt like I was such an inconvenience to her. I mean it was late I had a full day of traveling, I just wanted to check in and go to sleep. I was at the check in counter for over 45 mins.
Also a 3rd person ended up going with us so we asked to get accommodated to a regular two bed room since I had a suite but again there were no accommodations. The room had dirty sheets and dirty towels. My overall experience was just not a good one. They ended up bringing us a wine bottle for the inconvenience the second night but I left it there unopened because I was not satisfied for how we were treated. Also when you are paying over $700/night for a room at least have the room clean with clean towels. And being nice and welcoming is free and basic hospitality 101. Every guest deserves that standard regardless of how much you are paying for the room.
