We had a great stay. The room rate was comparable or cheaper than a hotel for a significantly better room. The room was spacious and included two separate bedrooms - each with their own bathroom, along with the a full kitchen and a living room. The pool was nice and a perfect temperature.
Our only issue was there was not hot water in one of the bedroom showers (a minor inconvenience). When we notified the staff, they made note of the issue and promised to comp one night of our stay (a major concession) if the issue persisted.
Overall, we would definitely recommend the Avia Residences on Lincoln and we will certainly stay there again when we are in the area.
