Overall good experience. Did have one issue with a pest in our room, but the staff was very accommodating! Overall, the staff made the stay worthwhile. Also, amazing views!

Every member of their staff was exceptional from Bell staff, front desk, to housekeeping. They went out of their way to make our trip special. We can't say enough great things about this team. The room was incredible. We loved the soaking tub. They serviced our room in the morning and had turn down service every evening. We love it here!

Most elegant and beautiful hotel on Oahu - don’t miss the Orchids Sunday brunch and live music every night at House Without a Key. The new Terns restaurant had the best Indian food we’ve tasted in the USA and the Halekulani bakery was great for breakfast.
