This place was clean, except the spa was gross with yellow filmy water! The pool was crystal clear. The breakfast was just ok. The staff, several times, when we asked for something, or were short bath towels in our room, just didn't get the job done. I ended up asking several times for the same things before we received what was needed.
I most definitely would call this just a Best Western, not a PLUS though. It has obviously been recently carpeted and painted, but there's a lot of little things and a much nicer breakfast in order to be a BW PLUS compared to those we stay at.
It is a very convenient area.

Went during the summer and had the wall air conditioner, it cooled down the room very good. Just make sure to shake off your pillow and blanket before laying down because I did get bitten by a spider, it wasn't too bad, just swelled up and very itchy! Breakfast was good, eggs, potatoes and sausage, they had 2 waffles makers that takes 5 minutes to make so it'll take a while to get if there's lots of people. Just a walk away from the OC Fair. Nearby gas station and Jack in the Box. Parking is pretty small and tight, but I believe there is an underground parking.

I’ve stayed here over night a couple of times for business in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the property is clean and well kept.
