We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the room was very clean, and the beach access was great. The air conditioning worked well and met our needs.
What made our stay truly special was the staff, especially Dafne. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests. If we return to this hotel in the future, one of the main reasons will be because of Dafne and the outstanding service she provided.
The only suggestion I would make is that the hotel could benefit from some renovations and updates to better match the beautiful surrounding area.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
