There was nothing special about the property. The front desk girl was good but doing everything by herself so check in was slow and, when we had an issue with the TV, we had to wait for her while she dealt with check ins and phone calls. I felt sorry for her.
The breakfast was adequate, basic selection but well stocked.
Issues were, there was no hand soap and no shower gel in the bathroom, the room was not very clean with dust hanging from the ceiling and grime around the shower tap. Beds were clean and comfortable but room furniture was very tired and the baseboards around the bathroom dingy and should be replaced, the room safe was on the floor unattached and anyone could have carried it off.
Windows were dirty and bug screen shredded.
Summary would be, front desk girl was great and breakfasts was reasonable but I would rate the rest of the hotel 2 out of 10. Who ever your current manager is they should be coached.
