Room I was given was on the first floor, I had requested second floor so that was rearranged immediately, great! However, that room wasn't cleaned well and smelled bad so I was quickly given another room which was better. Fridge wasn't great, took days to just cool some bottled water and "freezer" compartment was overflowing with frost.
After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and also had new employees who were getting used to the routines.
Rest of my stay the cleaning was daily, much better.
Also. a couple mornings very early there was a guy, who I assumed was the front desk person, sound asleep on couch in lobby in front of the tv.....it was a different guy each time.
I've stayed here a few times before with no complaints. This time was a bit "rocky" but things worked out.
