We really enjoyed our two day stay at Staypineapple. Customer service was excellent from the start, and they were attentive and catered to our needs throughout our stay. Shoutout to Yesha and Samantha for making us feel welcome and taken care of! They were great! Amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the welcome drink! Greatly appreciated after a day of traveling! Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to SF!

Amazing Staff, Excellent Service, and a Fantastic Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From check-in to check-out, our stay was nothing short of fantastic!
The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
A very special mention goes to the Filipino gentleman at the front desk (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!). You were simply outstanding! Your warmth, friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so welcome. You truly represent what excellent customer service is all about!
This hotel also holds special memories for me, as I last stayed here 10 years ago with my husband. Returning this time with my youngest daughter made the experience even more meaningful and special.
It was wonderful to experience such exceptional hospitality once again, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely be back again next year!
Highly recommended! ❤️
