At the price point for area it was pretty good. Negatives, car wash next door attracts patrons revving engines and blaring music esp on Saturday night. No real breakfast but coffee and cereal and fruit were fresh. Facility is old and requires constant maintenance so it’s hit or miss. The building was being pressure washed during our week long stay. Being older doesn’t mean dirty. It was not dirty but to be fair our room always felt damp. Strange, but no bad smells etc. if you don’t mind wear on things but clean and functional you will be happy. Everything worked even sinks shower drains etc. location is awesome! Many nearby restaurants within walking distance. Not the Hilton but it will do.

The room was large and smelled good. But the bath mat had dark footprints, the sink had hairs, there were stickers from clothes on door jamb, and a small dead thing on floor. The time on microwave also off. I note all these things because despite them, with the size of the room, the nice smell, the clean sheets, and the friendly helpful staff, it was a pleasant stay more attention by the cleaning crew would elevate it no end.
