We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites when we travel as a family. The breakfast and roomy suites are well worth it for us. However, I did not enjoy the long wait to check in, nor the difficulty engaging the deadbolt in my room. Our fridge didn’t work however it wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t have anything to put in it. I did find a dead cricket on the side of the fridge which grossed me out and there were black smudge fingerprints on the ceiling of the bathroom which I assume was from someone doing work up there. The room was somewhat outdated but all in all, these few items were not enough to discourage us from staying again. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating and we had a great time. We would stay here again.

We needed an extra blanket and comforter during our stay. Sandy who was working there was extra helpful when we were unable to reach housekeeping. Everything was nice and clean. Always a great stay!
