Customer service was great. The room was very clean although it had a smell like it had been closed up but everything

Wonderfully quiet little place. We had a great experiance! Helpful Staff and clean rooms, the tavern was great!

We loved this stay; everything honestly just fell into place. This was a last-minute trip after the 4th of July. We couldn't have asked for better. Right on the edge of town as soon as you come in. Parking was a breeze, the room was cold, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfy. We even got a small fireworks show from Dollywood around 10 pm while sitting by the pool. We asked for the poolside double queen and will definitely be coming back. The price was unbeatable. Also, the breakfast and the on-property pub were delightful.

We really enjoyed our stay there, very clean. Very nice workers. We will come back to stay at Wild Bear Inn again.
