Clean room
Staff at desk of arrival were not helpful & cheerful. Desk staff said we could use pool before a certain time when we got there we were told we couldn’t they need that 15/30 to clean up. Disappointing

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms. It was great to be able to use the spa after a day of walking the West Highland Way.
