The staff was accommodating and welcoming. They accommodated our request for early check-in. Special shout out to Kusal! Kusal was professional and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was great… gave us all the options to get our day of adventures started off correctly. The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful in cleaning up my sheets after spilling coffee not once but twice. Many options for TV viewing including Netflix’s. Walls were thick and slept very comfortably, never hearing noise from neighbors or guests in the hallway. Thanks again Kusal. We will be back!!!

Air conditioning was very good. It would be nice if the shower hot water temperature was 3 degrees F higher, however it was adquate. Furniture placement in the room was very good. Bed was very good And pillows were exceptional . Lighting in bathroom was excellent. A large luggage cart was easily available and very much appreciated. All of the staff were extremely nice and easy to work with.
