We had a wonderful stay! Although our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The excellent service more than made up for the delay, and we truly appreciated how well we were taken care of. We would happily stay here again.

I love the Florida Keys, especially Islamorada. The staff was super friendly and the service was excellent. The activities were also great.
However, the hotel and rooms need some maintenance and upgrades. The elevator was not working, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and you can definitely see the wear and tear over time. Overall, we had a good experience, but with some improvements, this hotel could be much better.
