My only real complaint is that as a person who is older, and handicapped, the height of the toilet seats in the rooms and at the pool and in lobby are all very low. Although these might be perfect for people on wheelchairs, there are lots of people who are handicapped who have bad knees and hips. We cannot go low on a toilet seat. So you should have some rooms with higher toilets and should install bars next to toilets for help getting up. I didnt think I consider myself disabled but I felt like I was when using the toilets at your hotel. I ended up having to purchase a raised toilet seat from Walmart, in order to be able to comfortably use the bathroom. It ended up costing me $50 for an item I cannot return.
