I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not deliver what was advertised. One of the main reasons we booked this property was for the water slides and resort amenities, but the slides were only open for a few hours each day, making it nearly impossible to enjoy them. To make matters worse, the kids’ slide was broken during our stay.
We were also charged a resort fee, yet we were unable to take advantage of the amenities that fee was supposed to cover. Paying extra for amenities that were either unavailable or had such limited hours felt very misleading.
Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. If you’re choosing this hotel for the resort features, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you can confirm everything is fully operational before booking.

The first room we got had roaches so the manager was awesome and ordered us a pizza while we waited for another room the next room was clean and had no bugs the stairwells did reek of urine idk why but the pool and waterpark are very nice the staff is sweet and helpful I’d say just don’t get a bottom floor room the moisture lances it smell like mold and feels damp top floor is best
