I like the staff are so helpful and nice! Also are clean but only one thing make me so ignoring is the air conditioner so noice.

The service clerk would benefit from a better understanding of the check-in process. The staff initially stated that they could not locate our reservation and then informed us that it was not listed under our names. This caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.
When we finally reached our room, it was musty and stuffy, and the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and only a very limited amount of shampoo and conditioner was provided. Unfortunately, we were too tired to raise these concerns at the time because it was already late when we checked in. Overall, both the check-in experience and the condition of the room were disappointing and require significant improvement.
