The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything.
Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area.
Also, I had reserved these rooms in February and they were given to someone else before we arrived. Supposedly because we came in late. I feel the front desk should have called us to check on our arrival time rather than just giving our rooms away.

Staff was very friendly. My room was never cleaned. I had fresh towels on day 3, but other than that I had to ask to have things done.
