The staff was remarkably helpful. Expedia provided incorrect information about the shuttle service that was available (contrary to the information Expedia provides, there is no shuttle service to or from the train station), but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me on a one-time basis nonetheless. My one quibble is that the airport shuttle leaves only once per hour, and I was advised that to catch my flight, I would need to leave on the 6 AM shuttle. Unfortunately, that was before breakfast was served. The hotel provides a bagged breakfast, but I was unable to eat the food provided, because of my dietary limitations. Overall, though, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would stay there again.
