Was ok.

Location

Smelled clean walking in. The rugs weren’t. We had stuff stuck to our feet. I looked at the vacuum in the unit. Was put together wrong. I fixed it and vacuum the entire unit. Ac filter was clogged bad and coming apart. Spent my money and replaced the filter. Second bathroom toilet float kept sticking. Had to keep fixing that.

Terrible

The overall location.

The fact that our room wasn't cleaned. We couldn't get into it with the code provided. Had to call someone twice to get a new code while we waited. The last guests stuff was left behind. The pictures on the site and the actual room look nothing alike. The shower curtains were dirty. Bath mat dirty. Floors, fans, bedding. Dirty dishes left behind. We would not even use any of the dishes because the whole room was so gross so we had to go out and purchase plastic and paper items. There were not enough towels provided for the amount of guests we said we had staying. And this was addressed with the person I was on the phone with to get the code to get in on the very first day. I received text after text to send photos, which I did. Three different times. On the third day they said they received no photos. So they sent me an email address. The email address was undeliverable. I asked for a different email. And by the 4th day received that and responded with the photos. The photos were received and I've heard not one word. No one came to clean our room after being told other guests stuff was still there. Nothing was done at all. Clearly they do not care whatsoever about the people spending their money to stay there. And then this morning when we dropped off the packet back at the office, which wasn't yet open but there were people inside, two young girls. Instead of telling my mother where the packet should go and where the drop box was they sat in there and laughed at her.

Pleasant stay in general. Definitely recommended

Very nice property with in-door pool on premises. Beautiful apartments, excellent living conditions.

The office is in different location like 10 min driving. Incomplete and confusing instructions in text messages which in combination with the late arrival made hard to locate the apartment. Instructions, provided through Booking.com were correct though.
