Just the empty rooms

Room are good 2 rooms with a hall, one attached room and one common washroom was there

First the charges were shown 2100/+ tax and they charged 2500/- but mam support and allow us for early check-in but i confirm if the increased charge for early check-in in she refused 2500/- is the day charge, why gst no bill was there U will not get any toiletries, towel any thing , no flush in common washroom use bucket which was used for bathing to flush commode, no keys in wardrobes.

Worth the cost

The rooms and facilities were really good and we requested for clean toilets and they provided the same. They also provided a stove, kettle and other basics for making tea and Maggie. We really had a comfortable stay. Also it is worth the money. Thank you.

Extremely Unprofessional, Misleading & Stressful Experience

Extremely Unprofessional, Misleading & Stressful Experience I am writing this review to highlight a very disturbing and unethical experience we faced at this property. I searched for accommodation on Booking.com for our family trip. We were five adults, and I had no issue staying in a single apartment together. While searching, I selected one room for five adults, based on which Booking.com showed me available properties. I carefully checked the listing details and booked what was clearly mentioned as an “Entire 2BHK Apartment”, with a maximum capacity of six adults, for around ₹1,500. On the evening of 16th January, I contacted the property owner and informed her that we would be reaching the property within the next one to two hours they asked extra amount for full 2bhk apartment so i contacted booking.com customer care and they asked me to pay what is shown on app. after sometime I asked whether they had received a call from Booking.com and informed him that we would arrive around 9:30–10:00 PM, just to avoid any confusion. He assured me that there had been a small confusion from their side, said there would be no issues, and asked us to come, saying everything would be clarified on arrival. We reached the property around 9:30–9:45 PM. At that point, the owner’s husband again changed his stance and demanded ₹3,500 for the full apartment. I showed him my Booking.com confirmation, which clearly mentioned “Entire 2BHK Apartment.” However, he repeatedly insisted that since I had selected one room and five adults during the search, I had booked only one room, and that for ₹1,500 he would give only one room and lock the remaining parts of the apartment. He kept pressuring us to pay extra for the full 2BHK. Actually money is not a problem here. they can charge 3500 or 5000 for their property i am going to pay it I like the stay. but just to get customershowing less price and while reaching demanding extra money is ethically not right.
