It’s a good budget option and near the seafront at the top of Brightons vibrant kemptown area ,I’ve stayed at the property twice now and there are shared bathrooms but no problems if on a budget as it’s all clean ,some of the rooms are small but you get a comfortable bed ,free tea and coffee,tv and plenty of plug sockets and was quite location near everything
Didn’t get any towels in my room ,don’t know if they forgot to put them in my room and there’s a tiny fridge which is so small you could probably get one can of beer or small bottle of water in there
