The room was comfortable, the view from 15th floor was great, the subway was very close, ease of storing luggage
No directions on how to turn off the heated floors, the drying rack was broken, no hooks for towels outside the bathroom

Super clean, super quiet apartment. Fantastic location next to Seomyeon metro. Restaurants and convenience stores right there on the street. Good little kitchen with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Location is good, only 3 minutes walking distance from Yeonsan station. Property was clean, easy access with lift. Luggage room is a plus point.

Overall, while the staff member we met was very friendly, the late check-in time, additional charges for basic services, lack of complimentary housekeeping, and inconvenient location made our 7-night stay less comfortable than expected.
The check-in time is 4:00 PM, which is quite late compared with what we are used to, and this was inconvenient for our schedule. On the positive side, there was a very friendly and helpful staff member at the property.
However, the housekeeping service was very limited. We booked a 7-night stay and paid a relatively high room rate, but there was no complimentary housekeeping service provided even once during our stay. If you want to have your room cleaned or check in early, you have to pay an additional fee.
We originally booked this apartment because we needed accommodation for our visa application, but unfortunately, we made a mistake and completed the payment before realizing that the booking was non-refundable. Since we could not cancel or receive a refund, we had no choice but to stay here for the entire 7-day trip.
In terms of location, we also found it inconvenient for sightseeing. The property is not particularly suitable if your main purpose is to explore Busan, as we had to take a bus to tourist attractions every day.
