Fantastic apartment on a brilliant coastline with great organisation

The apartment is very clean, bright, new, very high quality and easy to find with parking on street against the beach. Absolutely excellent.

Slightly awkward getting the keys from the four seasons but its just round the corner and they were very helpful when I needed to change the booking - much appreciated.

Awful. Will never use this owner again!!!

Nothing!!! The owner rang us as we were travelling to Wales to say he had double booked the apartment we had booked so we could not stay there. No apology, no explanation! Instead we were dumped in a tired, damp property which was a 15 minute drive outside of Aberystwyth

I read that this had happened to someone else recently and locals in the village we were dumped in told us that this owner regularly moved people around his various properties to suit himself!!! Outrageous! Terrible owner! Do not use!!!

8 / 10

A lovely couple of days despite the excessive heat the apartment remained quite cool

We were upgraded to the first floor Grosvenor apartment overlooking the promenade and the beach. A very well presented apartment with all the facilities we needed and a prime location in the middle of Aberystwyth.

3 / 10

The property was double booked which caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.

Nothing, as we didn’t get to stay there.

That we didn’t get to stay there.
