The receptionist was really kind and helpfull. Great location for the Anfield stadium and near bus stations which take you to the city center in like 15 minutes. Around hotel are small shops. We received an upgrade for our room for free and on the day of departure we could stay later and leave our bags in the room, while we were on Anfield museum tour, that was really nice!
The bed was kinda small for two people. Room was not perfectly cleaned, but nothing terrible. We were missing some shelves in the bathroom and some more places to put things.

We chose this hotel as we were going to the football and its location is absolutely ideal. Within walking distance of Anfield stadium and handy to bus routes into the city centre. Our host met us on arrival and was welcoming and helpful. We had asked for rooms close together which he accommodated, giving us rooms beside each other. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with complimentary tea, coffee, water and Coke which was a nice touch. I asked if there was a hairdryer, which was promptly left up to our room.
There was no lift so it wouldn’t be suitable for people who can’t manage the stairs.

Perfect location for Anfield Stadium.
Couldn’t use the shower as it was blocked and water didn’t run hot.
