The staff were all very friendly and even bought pizza for everyone however i’m sure this is not a reoccurring thing. Central location in hakata and comfortable bed and facilities

Very convenient and friendly
A bit cold and noisy. I don’t like air conditioning and would prefer a warmer setting.

The property was well located and well staffed! The room was just as advertised and very comfortable
I wish there had been some accessible way to carry suitcases upstairs? I feel as though this makes the property inaccessible to some. Also do wish the free coffee was better but that’s alright
